Triage: know what you need next
Everything asks for your attention. Triage sorts what comes in, helps you and your team build the ability to deal with it, and builds the tools when you need them.

12 things asking for your attention

The three parts
Connect holds your context and shows what needs you. Learn grows what you and your group can do about it. Build extends it for your work, with your team. Each works on its own; together they know who can handle what.
What comes in, sorted.
Your tools, tasks, browser, and the people you work with, in one working context, with one queue for what needs you now.

Where it runs
In all three, we advise and give you options; you decide.

Shared principles
The principles guiding how we build Triage: software you can inspect, data you control, and decisions you can question.
Trust
Anyone must be able to check: our code, our claims, and how a suggestion was reached.
Data
You choose where your context and your learning live, and who can see them. Wherever they run, they are yours, and you can take them with you.
Code
Signed, reviewable code, whether it runs your context or your course materials.
Judgment
The model advises. Your rules decide, and lend no judgment you could not check.
Ownership
What can be switched off from afar was never yours. You hold the keys, you choose how much access we have, and you can move everything to your own infrastructure at any time.
Proof
We test capabilities in our own household first. Maintenance comes with owning, for as long as you own it.
These six headings are quoted from Resarti, the charter we follow. It sets out principles for trust, ownership, and the care of shared tools; the notes above explain what they mean for Triage.
Who’s behind Triage
Triage is built by a group of long-time, experienced entrepreneurs and enterprise practitioners: people who have founded companies, built infrastructure from scratch, and worked in enterprise security and operations for decades.
Around that group are small teams we trust, who support each other and work together where a job needs a wider range of expertise. With AI, smaller teams now take on bigger projects, in less time.
In Triage:Learn we take part as guides, coaches, tutors, and mentors. The learning is yours; our job is the practice, the feedback, and the next step. Together we cover a wide spectrum of experience, and the group is growing.

Co-founded and built Data Node from scratch, a datacenter in Timișoara.
Co-founded a mobile gaming company.
Enterprise cybersecurity work in aerospace, banking, and OT (operational technology) environments.
Co-founded BanatIT and APTI, alongside other community and education work.
A short check
Tick the ones that apply to you or your team. If you like, bring them to the room, a page on this site where you write to the Triage team and read their replies. We reply with options you can take up or leave.
Nothing is sent to the Triage team as a message until you press Send in the room. Your ticks travel in the room’s page address, which our server logs record. Prefer a form? Talk about a pilot, ask about Triage:Connect, or send a learning enquiry.
